Electric FI Wealth provides live coaching, community support, and curated financial tools. Program access includes scheduled coaching calls, community engagement via Discord, and digital materials delivered through our learning portal.
All materials provided in this Program are owned by the Company and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, share, modify, sublicense, or distribute any Program content without our express written permission.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Due to the instant-access nature of this digital course and downloadable materials, you acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once payment is submitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of the Program.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for access to the Program.
You’ll receive access to our portal, community space, and live coaching calls. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have the technology (internet, email access, device compatibility) to participate. We cannot offer extensions due to tech issues beyond our control.
We’re building a space rooted in trust, empowerment, and growth. Harassment, hate speech, self-promotion, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Please show up as you are—with honesty, integrity, and kindness.

Cancellations & Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the program at any time. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and provided with appropriate next steps or access accommodations. We may also terminate access if terms are violated.
